Audio-Visual Entrainment: Effects on Brain Dynamics

Audio-visual entrainment (AVE) is a technique designed to influence brain activity through synchronized audio and visual stimuli. Despite its potential, AVE remains under-researched and lacks standardized guidelines for its application. My project aims to clarify the various components of AVE, including its parameters and modes of presentation. By establishing a framework for studying AVE, my research seeks to identify key factors that should be considered in its application. Furthermore, I am trying to study the effects of two primary methods of AVE presentation on brain wave activity. Through this analysis, the project intends to contribute to the development of effective AVE protocols and enhance our understanding of its influence on neural activity.
